Tournament Sports
The fab five: NIRSA Championship Series tournaments give college students participating in club sport and intramural opportunities to compete, coordinate, officiate, and connect with skilled peers from other schools. Regional and national championship tournaments are the pinnacle of many college teams’ seasons playing soccer, flag football, basketball, tennis, and pickleball.

Officials Development
Through the NIRSA Championship Series, student officials receive practical training, rule instruction, and mentorship from experienced experts in sports like flag football and basketball. This program provides a pathway to develop strong officiating skills, critical leadership abilities, and transferable life skills.
Everybody Can Play
The NIRSA Championship Series partners with Special Olympics to deliver Unified Sports experiences. Hundreds of colleges are providing Special Olympics Unified Sports intramural leagues on campus. These leagues are inspired by a simple principle: Training, playing, and competing together is a quick path to friendship, understanding, and meaningful inclusion.
